- Must be an Emirati (UAE National) with a Family Book
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with families
- Strong sales acumen with the ability to identify, pursue, and close new business opportunities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software
- Ability to conduct market research and understand the needs of families seeking childcare services
- Self‑motivated, results‑driven, and passionate about achieving and exceeding targets
