Job Role: Maternity Nurse/Midwife - Abu Dhabi
Location: Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates
We are hiring experienced childcare professionals to provide high‑quality care for newborns and young children. This role focuses on hands‑on care, daily routines, developmental activities, and consistent communication with parents.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide newborn and childcare support including burping, swaddling, diaper changing, bathing, and feeding.
- Establish and maintain sleep and feeding routines to support healthy daily structure.
- Prepare nutritious meals and assist with weaning.
- Encourage healthy sleep habits through positive sleep associations and self‑soothing techniques.
- Plan and facilitate age‑appropriate learning and play activities that promote exploration and development.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and hygienic environment, including regular disinfection of toys and play areas.
- Organize and set up the baby’s room and related spaces to ensure comfort and functionality.
- Record daily activities, development notes, and any incidents, and provide consistent updates to parents.
Requirements:
- Female candidates only, due to the nature of the role.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing or Midwifery Graduate.
- Experience in pediatric nursing, childcare, or midwifery with proven newborn and infant care skills.
- Genuine passion for working with babies and young children.
- Compassionate, caring, and supportive approach with families.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to remain calm, professional, and positive under pressure.
