Job Title: Homecare Elderly Care Nurse
Location: Dubai, United Arab Emirates. We are hiring a compassionate and experienced Elderly Care Nurse to join our in‑home care team. We are looking for a nursing graduate or a licensed RN with hands‑on experience in elderly care. This role is ideal for someone who values patient‑centered care and is committed to improving the daily lives and overall well‑being of elderly clients in their homes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Direct Elderly Care — Deliver high‑quality, compassionate care including assistance with daily living activities, personal hygiene, mobility support, meal preparation, and vital‑sign monitoring.
- Care Planning — Work closely with families and healthcare professionals to create and update individualized care plans tailored to each client’s needs.
- Patient & Family Education — Provide guidance on elder‑care techniques, safe use of medical equipment, and ongoing care requirements.
- Safety & Compliance — Follow safety protocols and infection‑control standards, ensuring a clean and secure environment. Maintain accurate documentation in line with homecare requirements.
Qualifications:
Certification & Education:
- Nursing graduate (Bachelor’s degree with experience in elderly care or
- Registered Nurse (RN) with elderly‑care experience.
Experience:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a healthcare setting focused on elderly care or homecare services.
Skills & Competencies:
- Strong understanding of elderly‑care needs, including chronic‑condition management and personal assistance.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a compassionate, patient‑focused approach.
- Ability to work independently and deliver high‑quality care in a home environment.
