Job Title: DHA Licensed - Homecare Nurse
Job Location: Dubai, United Arab Emirates

Position Summary:
Malaak is seeking a compassionate and experienced Homecare Nurse to join our in-home care team. The ideal candidate should be a nursing graduate, or midwifery have an RN license with practical experience in childcare and/or elderly care. This role is perfect for someone who values patient-centered care and is dedicated to enhancing the quality of life for clients in their homes.

Key Responsibilities:

Direct Home Care: Provide high-quality, compassionate care to clients, including assistance with daily living activities, personal hygiene, mobility support, and meal preparation. Monitor vital signs and address basic healthcare needs with accuracy.
Care Planning: Collaborate with families and healthcare professionals to develop individualized care plans, tailored to meet each client's unique health requirements and personal preferences.
Patient and Family Education: Offer guidance and support to families, educating them on elder care techniques, proper use of medical equipment, and ongoing care needs.
Safety and Compliance: Adhere to safety protocols and infection control procedures, ensuring a safe and clean environment for clients. Maintain up-to-date documentation of care provided in compliance with homecare standards.

Qualifications:
Certification and Education:

Nursing graduate or Midwifery graduate (Bachelor’s degree or diploma) with experience in childcare or elderly care. (or)
Registered Nurse (RN) or Registered Midwife (RM) with experience in or childcare and/or elderly care.
Preferably PH candidates.

Experience: A minimum of 2 years in a healthcare setting focused on homecare services.

Skills and Competencies:

Strong understanding of childcare or elderly care needs, including chronic condition management and personal assistance.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a compassionate, patient-centered approach.
Ability to work independently and provide high-quality care in a home setting.
